About

A life shaped by inquiry.

My work begins with a refusal to separate education from consciousness, systems from people, or the future from the deeper question of what a human being is.

From free progress to conscious practice.

The first thirteen years of my education unfolded at Mirambika, the free-progress school of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Delhi. That environment did more than shape how I learned. It shaped the questions I would carry into work, education and life.

Sixteen years in business, corporate and consulting contexts—from 1997 to 2013—offered a different education: how people, systems, processes and institutional purpose interact. It made one principle increasingly clear: work becomes meaningful when svabhava, svadharma and karma are not treated as separate domains.

In 2013, I moved into education full-time. The shift was not a departure from earlier work; it brought the earlier questions into a field where their consequences are immediate. What image of the human being does a school hold? What does it reward? What does it quietly suppress? What conditions allow a child’s capacities to grow?
